An Alabama couple is looking to adopt their son from a Miami-Dade foster home because they say he needs a home.
Ralph Naylor said he is considering adopting him from the Broward County Family and Youth Resource Center’s adoption center at 3200 NW 10th Street in Fort Lauderdale because his friend and fellow adoption attorney, Sue Naylor, lives there.
Sue Naylor is the sister in law of Ralph Naylor, the father of Luke, and the former owner of M.J. Naylor LLC in Fort Worth, Texas, where she was a licensed attorney. The Naylor’s have been looking for a home since Luke, now 9 years old, was seized from the foster home and a judge put him up for adoption.
“I don’t know what they want with him. I understand he needs someone to be happy for him when he’s little,” Ralph Naylor told NBC News. “It’s crazy. We don’t need no problems.”
