Here’s what I do:
1) Find the most qualified coaches!
I found it quite difficult to find experienced coaches. Most of the coaches that I talked to said they weren’t on the radar for new, energetic people interested in getting better. I also found that many coaches listed on the coaching section of LinkedIn are busy and they don’t get time! So here’s the problem:
2) Don’t wait for a coach to come to you.
I don’t know of any existing coaching website that doesn’t have an “Apply Now!” button. I don’t plan on hiring more coaches to be added. But if you have an email address, post a comment or send me an email! I’d love to hire a coach on my program for you!
3) Get started with some free online courses!

5) Find the right coaching software for your level of knowledge, time and budget!
My own training, coaching and personal development programs are designed to work optimally for everyone. I’ve tried to stay as customizable as possible. But if you’re serious about getting your training in proper gear, start by finding the right software. I’d love to have you on board!
6) Create a Personal Trainer and Personal Development Program for Yourself!
In the future I plan to create a step-by-step personal training and personal development program that anyone can use! I’m really interested in how best to provide you the best training experience possible. So I wanted to create a program that was easy for everyone to use. You can even make it your own via a downloadable downloadable template (it’ll be in your training diary).
7) Start a Blog with me!
Just like you’re a personal trainer, I’m a blogger too! So I created a blog so that you can connect with, share and learn more about personal development! I want
