What are you working on now?
I’m working on my 4th book, “Live Well With Fear.” It will include everything in the first 1,000 pages of the “The Mindful Life Coaching Book” about how to change your thoughts, mood, and mindset to be better and more healthy. It also will include the 5 stages of grief and how to learn the 6 stages of grief for recovery from loss. The goal is to inspire and change the way you think and feel.
What is your favorite book about mindfulness?
The Mindful Life Coaching Book – I love the book because I can see the changes it can make in our lives that we haven’t thought about before.
I can’t wait for the release of the new book!
Thank you so much Jake for taking the time to explain to us how to use mindfulness in daily life. We really enjoyed your answers to our questions! Thanks again for sharing your passion with us!

The debate took place in Hanover, the home town of the former presidents and, coincidentally, where Obama first ran for president. The debate was just beginning when the two former presidents stepped off the stage one after another and chatted for roughly 20 minutes.
