After all those years, the new season of Arrow (which just ended its first season) is looking pretty good. So good, in fact, the network is offering up the first glimpse and a recap of the new episodes that will air in July.

A new video on the official Arrow Twitter account explains one of the characters that will be part of the first season: Sara Lance. The series had already introduced Thea as a love interest while developing the new season, but the CW has been using Thea as the focal point of its second act of the storyline. “It’s exciting to see where that story is going,” Arrow showrunner Marc Guggenheim said this summer.

After a few different incarnations from Sara Lance as an individual, she’s got a nice new identity—one that will be revealed in the second half of the year. “This new person is Sara Lance,” Guggenheim states in the video. “She’s taking over.” As for Sara’s origins, Guggenheim explains: “She’s a woman coming to terms with her legacy, and how she can move forward after all of these experiences and all the memories that have been trapped in the past.” The video closes with another tease of another new character: Malcolm Merlyn. “You’re not going to find him in Laurel’s life,” Guggenheim says. You can watch the video below, with the video’s transcript from the tweet embedded below:

A woman from Chicago is planning to build the world’s tallest tower – a 1,500-foot skyscraper with nearly 50 floors with five times the height of the Empire State Building.

Rafida Mirsad, a 25-year-old architect, has decided to put off building the $6 billion building until she achieves financial independence.

“For me, I want to see if I can pay my bills and save for the future,” she told The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday. “This is the first step.”

Mirsad plans to buy a skyscraper site outside the city and start her tower – which she hopes will stand above the other big Chicago skyscrapers in the downtown Loop – on the site where Chicago’s Millennium Park is being built. The Chicago Sun-Times reports Mirsad plans to build the tower between 30 and 40 feet tall.

Mirsad said she’ll pay for her skyscraper, however big
