How does free prints make money?

We’re not in a position to answer that question yet, but I can tell you the following: The work you do, both when you work with us online, and when you buy prints in the store, keeps us afloat. It also contributes to support our other business initiatives (like the FxF web show, free videos and ebooks, plus the monthly book club).

What is the most popular book series for FxF subscribers?

In fact, there are so many! We’re always on the lookout for great works of literature and fiction to publish and distribute (our newest titles include The House of The Five Leaves by Neil Gaiman for our Fall 2014 print release, The House of The Talisman by David Wong for the November 2014 print release and The Song of Fire and Ice by George R.R. Martin for our December 2014 print release). We are also excited about writing and producing some excellent documentaries for television. It’s one thing to publish books online; another to have the power of the medium – the TV camera and lens, the editing and mixing tools – directly translate to the print page. We are all very grateful to all of you who read our work and continue to support us with a few free clicks each month.

Does the blog post process work via email?

Yes, you can still submit your FxF-related thoughts to the email address found on our Kickstarter page or by emailing the project leader at the address listed on our home page.

Thanks again for your time, and please go find yourself an awesome book for Christmas this year! 🙂

I’ve been playing Hearthstone since the Beta, but I haven’t had the chance to spend time with Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft so far. But a new video has landed in my email box: one of Blizzard’s employees is talking about the upcoming expansion, “The Grand Tournament.” His impressions of the first beta aren’t the most encouraging or pleasant. He seems unsure of the new cards, and very focused on balancing the meta, instead of playing a game that is fun for everyone and doesn’t require a ton of skill to understand what is happening. He says that there will be an easier version of the game that they will call “Standard.” But he’s worried about it being a game that doesn’t have enough diversity so he’s working on tweaking it to change some of the game. The video appears to be a bit of a rant against the recent controversy regarding the nerf of Druid
