I’m a full-time student! Can I apply for a job?
We are happy for you to work in excess of 30 hours a week, as long as you have an excellent GPA (3/5 average or better). However, we do not encourage freelancers to work 50+ hours per week. While we do welcome applications from any student, the average GPA of most students studying in Australia is 3/5. Students should also note that you are not permitted to apply to positions held by other companies outside of your current employer/employer/employment agency. Additionally, employers are required to hold a “novelty” (aka “freeze) period (which can end up taking as long as 9 months and counting) before hiring anyone, so as to ensure that no one is left holding a job after the novelty period has expired.
I already have a job! How does the pay compare?
The current salary for full-time employees is $60,000 (including bonus) each year.
Salary range is from $26,000 a year to $38,000 at the top positions.
Salary range is from $18,000 to $38,000 at the bottom positions.
